Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. Midtown Inspections, LLC does not not offer deferred payment until closing.

Cancellation requests should be sent via email, text, or phone call at least 24 hours prior to the start of inspection. Inspection fees are refundable up to the time of inspection, however a $100 fee will be charged for any inspection cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection.
