EMP Inspection

EMP and Roof Inspection

This is an abbreviated inspection that focuses solely on the Roof, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems of the home.

  • Home Buyers who want to target their time and money on the most difficult-to-evaluate parts of a home
  • Investors who are planning to invest significant money in to revitalizing a home and would like a “bare-bones” inspection
  • Budget-conscious buyers who have a good idea of the general condition of the property but would like the added confidence of having an experienced professional inspector evaluate these integral systems

Free Termite Inspection included with Every Inspection

Every full home inspection and EMP inspection will include a free termite and wood destroying insect inspection performed at the time of the inspection.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. Midtown Inspections, LLC does not not offer deferred payment until closing.

Cancellation requests should be sent via email, text, or phone call at least 24 hours prior to the start of inspection. Inspection fees are refundable up to the time of inspection, however a $100 fee will be charged for any inspection cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection.

Attached garages are always included in our upfront prices. If the home does not have an attached garage, a single detached garage is included in the upfront price. Please add $25 for each additional building without plumbing and $75 for each additional building with plumbing.
